Dual study program
Since the 2016/17 training year, the Central College of the German Confectionery Industry has been offering a dual course of study to accompany training in collaboration with Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences, Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences and Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences.
In 4.5 years you will qualify as a confectionery technologist and Bachelor of Science in Food Technology (Baking and Confectionery Technology).
Prospective students must have a general higher education entrance qualification or an entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences.
