Team Leader (m/f/d) Production Confectionery for chocolate coating

Field of activity:

  • Organizational and technical management of a shift group in three-shift operation of up to eight employees after intensive training
  • Effective control and coordination of production processes in the manufacture of our chocolate-coated products
  • Preparation, operation and ongoing monitoring of our production facilities
  • Reporting and compliance with relevant key production figures
  • Compliance with quality and safety standards, including the HACCP concept and IFS
  • Quality control in accordance with the specified quality standards and quantity control

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a food technologist, technician, master craftsman (m/f/d) or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience and initial management experience in the food industry
  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for partially and fully automated production processes
  • Willingness to work in a three-shift system
  • Confident handling of modern IT systems
  • Good knowledge of the German language

with immediate effect for the location in Voerde (Niederrhein).

You will be offered these exciting tasks:

  • You carry out work in the production process, from the precise weighing of raw materials to the final implementation of the end packaging
  • You will operate and monitor the production and packaging systems independently and be able to carry out technical conversion and retooling measures
  • You initiate the necessary adjustment and corrective measures in the ongoing manufacturing process
  • You consistently comply with the necessary health and safety and hygiene regulations as well as other quality requirements (including documentation requirements)

You can impress with these skills:

  • Completed vocational training, ideally in the food industry
  • Very good basic knowledge of production technology
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • High degree of reliability
  • Strong mental and physical resilience
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of German
