“Introduction to the production technology of gum and jelly products” deals with the production of these special confectionery products in theory and practice.
In a series of presentations, the production of the various rubber and jelly articles is presented, application parameters are pointed out and possible sources of error are discussed. Discussions also offer participants the opportunity to discuss specific tasks and requirements with the course instructor and speakers and to find solutions to their own problems in this context.
What is the aim of this internship?
The focus of this internship is to better understand theory through hands-on practice, to recognize quality influences and to solve manufacturing problems.
Who should attend this internship?
This course is aimed at newcomers to the subject, employees in production and quality assurance to deepen their existing knowledge, as well as marketing and other employees who are not directly involved in production but want to understand the theory and practice or gain an overview.
