Anniversary congress 75 years ZDS at Interpack 2026

1. Please send your presentation document as PDF or PowerPoint files to the Central College of the German Confectionery Industry e.V.,
   seminar@zds-solingen.de until 10.04.2026. Doesn’t have to be the latest version, this is for the interpreters to prepare. The final version should then be received by us no later than 24.04.2026.
2. The presentation, including graphics and diagrams etc., is to be prepared in English language as well as the presentation language is English.
3. Please ensure that the font size of your presentation is not less than 18 to allow visible projection in the lecture hall.
4. Please note that the lectures at this congress have a duration of 25 minutes plus 10 minutes for a discussion with the audience. We kindly ask you to respect this time frame.
5. The presentation should contain a maximum of 3 slides about your company. Please do not show company/product advertising. The lecture should be purely professional.
6. Our lecture hall is equipped with modern presentation technology. For your presentation, we offer the use of a Windows laptop. Alternatively, you can use your own device. HDMI is available if you have another port please let us know to have this on-site or bring an adapter with you if necessary.
7. Important: On the day of the event, please register at the technicians’ reception in the auditorium for testing your presentation by no later than the beginning of the coffee break before your lecture. This allows us to test the installation of your presentation promptly and undisturbed.
