The first European Bar Congress is coming!

We are excited to invite you to BarTech Europe 2025, a new European conference dedicated to the latest developments in bar production and technology. The event will take place from September 15–17, 2025 in Solingen, bringing together experts, researchers, and manufacturers to discuss key innovations and challenges in the industry.

No other product has seen such significant growth in recent years as the bar. As a convenient snack for on-the-go, it strikes a balance between indulgence and a nutritionally conscious protein source. This remarkable growth and high consumer demand require continuous improvements in existing technologies, exploration of new raw materials, and ensuring the legal framework is in place.

To address these challenges, ZDS has launched the European Bar Congress. BarTech Europe 2025 will offer a diverse program focused on the latest industry developments, including:
