It is with great regret that we learned of the death of Edgar Brain Jackson on May 29, 2025.

Edgar Brain Jackson was a significant figure in the confectionery industry for over 40 years and served as a lecturer at the ZDS. His dedication, knowledge, and passion have shaped and influenced many generations of professionals.

With his passing, we have lost a valued colleague and companion whose contribution to the industry will remain unforgotten. Our deepest sympathy goes out to his family, friends and everyone who knew him.
