On 01.02.2026, Mr. Thomas Kirschbaum will take over the management of the Zentralfachschule der Deutschen Süßwarenwirtschaft e.V.

Born in Cologne, he studied Business Administration (Bachelor of Arts) and successfully completed his Master of Science in Economics at the University of Wuppertal. He has many years of management experience in educational organizations and has in-depth expertise in the areas of digital transformation, organizational development and strategic management.

“I am very much looking forward to the new task and to developing innovative educational formats together with the team and actively shaping the digital future of the Central College of the German Confectionery Industry,” says Mr. Kirschbaum.
