Harry Brot becomes a member of the ZDS

On behalf of the entire ZDS and all members, we warmly welcome Harry Brot as a new member company of the ZDS.

Harry-Brot Group SE Co KG is a large bakery based in Schenefeld near Hamburg. The company, which has existed since 1688, is now in its tenth generation of family ownership. It operates ten production sites in Germany. In 2021, it generated sales of more than one billion euros, making it Germany’s largest baked goods manufacturer.
