<\/i><\/i><\/span>Project manager for the seminar area (m\/f\/d)<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>\nTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a project manager (f\/m) for our seminars with immediate effect: <\/strong><\/p>\nYour tasks:<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Planning and coordination of seminars in close cooperation with specialist teachers and speakers<\/li>\n
- Advice and support for seminar participants and interested parties by e-mail and telephone<\/li>\n
- Conception, coordination and independent implementation of seminars as well as familiarization with new subject areas<\/li>\n
- Participant management, including registration management and creation of participation confirmations<\/li>\n
- Organization and support for web seminars and face-to-face events<\/li>\n
- Collaboration with the marketing team to promote the seminars and create documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Your profile:<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification (e.g. event management)<\/li>\n
- Very good communication skills and organizational talent<\/li>\n
- Good written and spoken German and English skills<\/li>\n
- Confident handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)<\/li>\n
- Interest and affinity for digital tools and IT applications<\/li>\n
- Structured and independent work<\/li>\n
- Initial experience in customer service or training would be an advantage<\/li>\n
- Other foreign languages such as Spanish or Turkish are a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
